  • Coaching is a creative, collaborative, and thought-provoking process designed to help you tap into your inner knowing, leverage your innate strengths, and show up authentically in leadership, work, relationships, and other areas of life. My role as a coach is to be a strategic thought partner who supports you to align with your values, cultivate satisfying relationships, deepen your impact, reach your goals, and make meaningful change in your life and the world around you.

  • In a coaching session, we might discuss your emotional experience or patterns of thought and behavior as part of the process of gaining insight into your current situation and the way you want to feel or behave in the future, but the primary purpose of coaching is not to explore your emotional experience, offer emotional support, or uncover the past roots of your emotional, behavioral, and relational patterns. Whereas counseling / psychotherapy often focuses on processing emotions and healing from past trauma, coaching is goal-oriented and focuses on generating actionable insights, strategies, and plans for achieving your personal and professional goals in the future.

    As a coach, I am committed to only offering services that are within my scope of competence, and I am not trained to treat or manage mental health disorders, including addictions, or to support clients in processing grief or healing from trauma. If a client requires support in any of these areas, I will encourage them to seek appropriate help from a mental health professional.

    In our coaching conversations, you can expect me to be attuned, insightful, and direct as I hold a nonjudgmental space in which to explore current challenges and opportunities, generate new ideas, develop effective strategies, and chart a course toward realizing your aspirations. I will ask you thoughtful questions, share my honest observations, compassionately challenge you to move beyond familiar patterns and assumptions, and hold you accountable to the intentions you set for yourself. 

  • I support clients to reach their goals, transform their relationships, and experience greater ease, joy, and connection in their daily lives.

    I help leaders show up authentically, move strategically, inspire their people, and maximize their impact. 

    I also help clients navigate:

    • conflict and challenging conversations;

    • major decisions;

    • career changes; and

    • life transitions such as

      • moving;

      • cross-cultural adjustment; and

      • cultivating community and new friendships.

  • You can book coaching sessions with me one at a time as needed, or at set intervals to support consistent accountability and progress toward your goals. I charge $150 per one-hour coaching session, and discounts are available when you purchase prepaid packages of four, six, or eight sessions.
